Affected feature: Staffbase 365 News Central for SharePoint
Some customers may be experiencing that Staffbase content is no longer displayed within Sharepoint since September 20th.
Our teams have identified the root cause of why Staffbase news content is no longer being pulled into Sharepoint. Currently, the established JWT token used for authentication is no longer accepted by Sharepoint. We're in close contact with Microsoft to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
