Monitoring
Some customers reported that they are experiencing issues where sending via the Outlook plugin fails with the error message “Failed to send draft.”

Our developers have identified the root cause and deployed a fix to resolve the issue to make sending via the Outlook plugin possible again. We will continue to monitor the systems until we are sure the issue is fully resolved.
