In order to continue offering you a stable and future-ready service, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on our German system on Friday, July 23rd beginning at 4 pm UTC / 6 pm CEST.

The maintenance includes improvements for performance, security, and stability. We chose this time frame based on the level of activity on our system to reduce inconvenience as much as we can.

Both the web applications and native apps will be unavailable for about 1 hour. We will do our best to minimize the impact. During the time of the upgrade, automations such as API calls and CSV imports may not work.

This maintenance will only affect apps hosted on our German system. Feel free to contact us if you are not sure which system you are using. Alternatively, you can navigate to the "Settings" tab in your Experience Studio and check under "API Access". If the API URL starts with "de.staffbase.com", your app is hosted on the German system.
