Today at 3:25 p.m., our German server experienced technical difficulties due to a Denial of Service (DoS) attack (targeted overloading of the system by a large number of requests) on one of our customers. As a result, some apps were temporarily unavailable for about 6 minutes, and not all functionalities were fully operable. The impact on the entire system was mitigated by our developers as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please be assured that our developers are continuously working on mechanisms to prevent such attacks from impacting your systems, and we already implemented measures to lower the effectiveness and downtime caused by those attacks.
