As communicated on February 28th we are introducing Staffbase Protect, an extra layer of security on top of our cluster infrastructure to ensure reliable operations of the Application Programming Interface (API), as well as to utilize a cutting-edge media Content Delivery Network (CDN) to further protect your data and improve content delivery efficiency.

Staffbase Protect will be activated for all customers on the 7th of May at 8:30 CEST for the US System and 17:00 CEST for the German System.

The complete rollout for all customers will take around 4 hours. There is no action required for you as a customer as we implement this change. All changes will be deployed within our server infrastructure. Please just be aware that you can expect a 5-minute downtime during that time.

You can see on which system your application is hosted by going to the Studio > Settings > API Access and checking the tag next to the title.
