Due to infrastructure improvements, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on our international system on June 16 - 5am UTC / 7am CET.

Both the web applications and native apps will be unavailable for about 60 minutes. We will do our best to minimize the impact. This maintenance will only affect customers hosted on our international system.

During the time of the upgrade, automations such as API calls & .csv imports might not work.

Feel free to contact us if you are not sure which system you are using.
Alternatively, you can navigate to “API Access” in the “Settings” in your Experience Studio. If the API URL starts with “backend.staffbase.com”, the app is hosted on the international system.

We will notify you as soon as the maintenance is completed. Please report any unusual behavior to support@staffbase.com and we will be happy to assist you.
