Due to infrastructure improvements we will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance of our international system on December 10.

The web application as well as the native apps will be unreachable for 15-20 minutes, we will do our best to minimize the impact.

This maintenance only affects customers who are hosted on our international system.

Feel free to contact us if you are unsure which system you are using.
Alternatively you can navigate to "API access" in the "Settings" in your Experience Studio. If the API URL starts with "backend.staffbase.com" the app is hosted on the international system.

We will inform you as soon as the maintenance has been completed.
