Between 11:30 and 11:39 CEST customers on the Americas system were unable to access the App/Intranet/Email platform. The disruption lasted approximately 9 minutes. We re-deployed a release connected to the service disruption the day before but part of that change didn’t apply as expected and briefly reproduced a similar outage. This was quickly identified and the update was rolled back to restore full functionality.
