Migration to a new Statuspage provider & transfer of your Statuspage subscription

On the 6th of September 2026, we will be migrating our status page status.staffbase.com (currently Atlassian) to a new provider (Incident.io).
What this means for you: Your existing subscription will be transferred automatically — no action needed.
Important: SMS and Slack notification integrations will not be supported on the new platform. If you currently use either of those notification paths, please switch to an email subscription before the 6th of September 2026 to avoid missing future updates.
If you'd prefer not to be transferred, you're welcome to unsubscribe at any time before the migration.
