Due to infrastructure improvements, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on our systems on July 4th - 8:00am UTC / 10:00am CEST.

Several service components will be unavailable in a timeframe of about 60 minutes. We will do our best to minimize the impact.

This maintenance will affect customers hosted on our International system as well as the German system.
The following components will be unavailable or degraded:

For customers hosted on the German system:
- Media API
- SCIM API
- Notification Services (Push, Email)
- Analytics
- Translation
- All Plugins

For customers hosted on the International system:
- Notification Services (Push)
- All Plugins

Feel free to contact us if you are not sure which system you are using.
Alternatively, you can navigate to “API Access” in the “Settings” in your Experience Studio. If the API URL starts with “backend.staffbase.com”, the app is hosted on the International system.

We will notify you as soon as the maintenance is complete.
