Monitoring
We have rolled back some changes to resolve the issue, and media files are showing up again. We will continue monitoring the systems until we are sure the problem is resolved.

Update
Please know we are continuing to work hard to resolve the issue. The media handling is working again for now. However, we are still investigating the root cause and monitoring for a potential outage.

Your media files might be loading periodically slow or might be unreachable.
