Additional information to our infrastructure updates last week:

If you have a custom domain in place, we’ve turned off the *.staffbase.com domain for your application. As the application works with one single domain and the additional *.staffbase.com has just been in place as forwarding address, this should not have any implications on your app.

We will be migrating our web app deployment infrastructure on November 25th and November 26th.

As part of the migration we will be exchanging our SSL certificates. This may lead to a "certificate not trusted" warning of your web app for a short period of time. Refreshing the page after a couple of minutes will resolve this warning.

In most cases, there is no action required on your side, however, please make sure to inform your IT department in case you have:
- added our certificates to your trust store
- implemented any kind of IP whitelisting

If you have 3rd party services integrated into your app, please also inform them of this change.

All services are expected to continue to operate as normal.

We will inform you as soon as the maintenance has been completed. Please report any unusual behavior to support@staffbase.com and we will be happy to help you.
