[App/Intranet] Issues with Accessing the Launchpad and Screen Embedding

This morning between 8:30am and 11:00am CET, it was not possible for some customers to open the Launchpad and Screen Embedding features in the Studio.
We have identified the root cause of the behavior and rolled out a fix with which the incident was resolved. Both features are fully accessible again.
