On March 29 we will carry out scheduled maintenance work for our Netigate & Surveymonkey Plugin. With this change, the plugins will be moved to a new URL.
All services are expected to continue to operate as normal. Availability and accessibility of your app and the plugin will remain unaffected during this time.
However, if you have restricted security settings within your network in place, you might need to whitelist the new URL. Please make sure to allow access to pluginnetigate-main-de1.staffbase.com and pluginsurveymonkey-main-de1.staffbase.com
Please note that we do not suggest whitelisting of services, as the URLs may be subject to change in the future. If you have further questions or notice any unusual behavior, please get in touch with us via support@staffbase.com.
