Between 15:15 and 15:30 UTC (17:15-17:30 CEST) on September 2, some customers experienced elevated error rates and slow performance, affecting both our EU- and US-hosted environments. This was caused by an internal deployment change and resolved on its own within about fifteen minutes once traffic was rerouted back to normal.
