[App/Intranet] - Newly created pages are not displayed in the Studio on LiveDE

Now that our investigation of the incident is complete, we would like to share more detailed information on what happened.

Summary of the issue:
Between January 09, 2024 11:47 and 14:54 CET, some customers reported that newly created pages did not show up in the Studio Pages overview.

What happened:
The problem arose due to changes in our system that unintentionally affected how new pages were displayed.

Immediate actions taken:
To minimize the impact, we took swift action by adjusting our systems to ensure that newly created pages were promptly visible in the Studio again.

Impact:
From an end-user perspective, the ability to view new pages on prod/de1 was temporarily affected.

Future improvements:
To prevent similar incidents, we are enhancing our processes to ensure that updates are seamlessly integrated without impacting your experience.

Resolved
The issue is resolved. Our developers were able to fix the behavior immediately, all newly created pages should now be visible in the studio, again.

Identified
We have identified the cause and have taken measures to fix the behavior. However, in order for the fix to go live on all customer apps, an internal update is required, which will take approximately until the end of the working day (6pm CET).
As soon as the fix has gone live on all customer apps, we will inform you again via this status page.

Until the fix goes live, there are some workarounds to still be able to edit newly created pages:
- If the page has been published, it will be viewable in the frontend. Admins and editors of the page can then edit it via the edit button in the frontend and also go to the studio view of the page.
- If you are currently in a newly created page, you can copy and save the link from the Studio, which will take you directly to the Studio view of the page again.

Investigating
Some customers may experience a problem when trying to view newly created pages in the studio.
Our teams are investigating the issue and working to resolve it as soon as possible. We will provide more information soon.

You can see which system your application is hosted on by going to Studio > Settings > API Access and checking the tag next to the title.
