The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

On March the 9th we will carry out scheduled maintenance work for our Chat Plugin. With this change, the chat will be moved to a new URL.
All services are expected to continue to operate as normal. Availability and accessibility of your app and the plugin will remain unaffected during this time.
However, if you have restricted security settings within your network in place, you might need to whitelist the new URL. Please make sure to allow access to https://chat-ui-microfrontend.staffbase.com.
Please note that we do not suggest whitelisting of services, as the URLs may be subject to change in the future. If you have further questions or notice any unusual behavior, please get in touch with us via support@staffbase.com.
