Scheduled
To continue offering you a stable and future-ready service, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on our App/Intranet International Production Environment (US American Hosting Infrastructure).

Some parts of the web applications and native apps connected will be unavailable during different times of this maintenance. That means some automations such as API calls and CSV imports may not work as expected. We will do our best to minimize the impact.

The exact time of migration for each part may be different, and we will inform you about each specific change at least two weeks in advance.

Due to this migration, some of our domains will change where you might have set up automations to access your test application or perform user management.

A list of all planned changes can be found at https://developers.staffbase.com/allowlisting

If your organization currently individually allows the domains linked above, we would recommend allowing both domains listed (old and new) for each service to ensure the accessibility of all features.

You can subscribe to this page to get the updates sent to you directly via email.

Please get in touch with us at support@staffbase.com if you have any questions. We will be happy to assist you.
